It hurts
It hurts so bad 
I've heard it time and time again
But still every word
Another knife
Pierced into me
Twisting
Making another scar 
Just another
On top of many
It's nothing
It's not new 
Not new at all so why
Why does it hurt just like the first

It's nice you know

 I pick it up  It's a nice colour you know  Not that anyone ever cares about that They all like I'm an idiot  Like I don't know what I'm doing  Why I'm doing  I do  I do it to live To feel alive To remind me that I'm still here As hard as it seems  I have to be  Why they ask  I say it's fun  It feels nice  It does  As I gently push  It leaves a mark  Some darker than others Like  a temporary tattoo  That no person apart form me has control over  I can't stop  It's addictive
